Our social groups, recreation programs, day programs, and school holiday programs across Geelong and Melbourne are designed for children, young people, and adults living with disability, psychosocial challenges, or additional support needs.

Safe, inclusive & person-centred programs


OdysseyCare’s programs are designed to support participants of all ages and abilities through structured, engaging, and community-based activities.


Whether attending a school holiday program, recreational outing, social group, youth activity, or adult day program, participants are supported by experienced and passionate support workers who focus on individual goals, interests, personality, and support needs.

NDIS funded program support


Many of our programs can be accessed through NDIS funding, depending on participant goals and plan budgets.

  • Please notify us of any medical, behavioural, sensory, dietary, or support needs prior to attending

  • Comfortable and appropriate clothing is recommended

  • All onboarding documentation must be completed before participation

  • Specific activity information and requirements will be provided prior to programs commencing

No. OdysseyCare provides programs for children, young people, and adults. We offer a range of age-appropriate social, recreational, day, and community participation programs.

Can participants with high support needs attend?

Absolutely. We support participants with a wide range of support needs, including psychosocial disability, intellectual disability, Autism, physical disability, behavioural support needs, and complex support requirements.

NDIS funded support

Our community nursing services can be accessed through an NDIS plan, depending on participant goals, medical condition, and funding categories.

NDIS community nursing supports may be funded under:

  • Daily Activities (Assistance with Daily Life)

  • Improved Health and Wellbeing

  • Improved Daily Living

  • Support Coordination

  • High Intensity Daily Personal Activities
     

Our team works closely with each participant, their NDIS planner, Support Coordinators, and family to ensure the right support is in place and funding is utilised effectively within their NDIS plan.

Important information

To support safe and effective community nursing care:

  • Please share all relevant medical history, diagnoses, and current treatment plans prior to commencement

  • A nursing assessment will be completed to develop an individualised care plan

  • All onboarding documentation must be completed before nursing supports begin

  • Any changes to a participant's medical condition or treatment should be communicated to our team promptly

  • Our team will liaise with GPs, specialists, and other healthcare providers as required
